applied rangeprinciple as seen,material in the hopper put even on the stainless steel silk screen, mesh belt even pace move in the dryer drive by transmission motor. drying section make up by some units, hot wind landscape orientation circle in the two units, fresh air enter into from fan (1), heat by heat exchanger, hot air pass through material layer and exchange with material, enter into under casa, then flow to next unit, after the temperature reduction hot air through heat exchanger again to heat second, hot air penetrate mesh ble and heat exchange with material second, hot air penetrate mesh belt and heat exchange with material, wet material discharge by wet fan (2)(5), complete the drying. each dryer unit quantity can choose by material characteristic, craft requirements.
